Plone4Artists is a project to develop a common global infrastructure for artist community websites that is freely available under an Open Source licence.
Plone4Artists will provide artists and musicians with an easy-to-use tool for managing their website, saving time on routine tasks such as updating their performance calendar, uploading photos and MP3s, sending out newsletters and selling CDs or art work. The system will be accessible through a web interface and will support drag-n-drop addition of content to your website.
